Robert D. Oldfield, III
Mr. Oldfield is the Managing Principal of IMA, LLC. Mr. Oldfield is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm.
Mr. Oldfield is also active in providing financial advisory and asset management services for client investments in: real estate and operating assets (energy, transportation, etc.). He has particular expertise in evaluating investment portfolios, completing due diligence analyses, and implementing dispositions (portfolio “harvesting”).
Mr. Oldfield has substantial experience developing and executing investment workouts, recoveries and collections for capital equipment, transportation assets, power generation assets, and real estate.
Mr. Oldfield has been active acquiring, managing, and disposing of interests in renewable energy projects.
Mr. Oldfield’s previous work experience includes four years with The Deerpath Group as Vice President-Investment Management. In addition, from 1982 to 1987, Mr. Oldfield was a loan officer with Bank One (now JPM/Chase) in Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Oldfield is a graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (M.B.A.) and Dartmouth College, (B.A. – cum laude).
Lina Kreydich
Ms. Kreydich is a Senior Manager at IMA LLC responsible for accounting, treasury, and tax compliance functions. She also provides investment administration support for client acquisitions and dispositions.
Ms. Kreydich joined IMA, LLC in 2003, and has been active in acquisition engagements where she has directed market research support as well as verifications of assumptions used in financial models.
Ms. Kreydich graduated with honors from the National Technical University of Ukraine with a bachelors degree in Physics. She has completed both an Accounting Associate Degree (with Honors) and a Computer Information Systems (“CIS”) Associate Degree from Oakton College.
Bruce J. Hayner
Mr. Hayner is an Advisor to IMA LLC. Mr. Hayner has been an advisor in the structured finance industry for over thirty years. Mr. Hayner provides consulting, pricing, and portfolio advisory services to several professional firms, lessees, and lessors. Mr. Hayner has also been active in various real estate investment structures including remainderman ownership and residual realizations in land.
Over the course of his 35 years in finance, Mr. Hayner has completed over $9 billion is asset financings. Mr. Hayner’s previous work experience includes four years with The Deerpath Group as Vice President – Investments and Capital Markets.
Prior to Deerpath, Mr. Hayner was part of the management groups responsible for Asset Based Lending and Equipment Leasing at Continental Bank and the First National Bank of Chicago.
Mr. Hayner holds degrees from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University (M.B.A. in Finance) and Western Illinois University of Illinois (B.A.).
Jerry Fitzpatrick, CPA
Mr. Fitzpatrick is an Advisor to both Scott, Black, Inc. (“SBI”) and IMA LLC. SBI is the parent of IMA LLC.
Mr. Fitzpatrick is a principal and founder of fk Advisors, which serves small and middle market companies across a range of industries. Mr. Fitzpatrick has over 30 years of experience working with private companies, investors, and advisors on complex accounting, tax, compliance, and financial reporting issues.
Over the course of his career in public accounting, Mr. Fitzpatrick has advised closely held businesses in a variety of industries on a range of complex tax and financial accounting issues facing entrepreneurs, operating managers, and executives. Mr. Fitzpatrick excels at providing practical solutions that build business value.
Prior to founding fk Advisors in 1992 with Ray Kirschner, CPA, Mr. Fitzpatrick led engagements in the tax departments of other CPA and business accounting firms in Skokie and Northfield, Illinios.
Mr. Fitzpatrick is Certified Public Accoutant and earned his certification after completing his studies and professional development work at DePaul University and the Metropolitan Business College of Chicago.
